* Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing. The Ideal Candidate * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching within a UK primary school, ideally within Key Stage 2 or Year 3.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Has a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and the transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2.
* Is passionate about providing an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports the individual needs of every child.
