ROLE: Property Assistant

SALARY: £29,000

LOCATION: Liverpool

I am working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Property Assistant to support a Partner specialising in both residential and commercial property matters.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to work closely with an experienced Partner, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality work within a professional and supportive office environment.

The role will involve:

* Providing direct support to a Partner on residential and commercial property transactions
* Assisting with file management from instruction through to completion
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Handling client queries and providing updates
* Conducting searches, including Land Registry checks
* Managing diaries, appointments, and general administrative duties
* Supporting with post-completion work and file closures

The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a residential conveyancing assistant or legal secretary role. You will need to be organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

This position would suit someone who is looking to develop their career further and gain exposure to both residential and commercial property work.
