You will play a key role in supporting the team’s ongoing development, enhancing the quality and consistency of legal services, and contributing to the firm’s reputation and client offering within the corporate sector.THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, with a strong and demonstrable background in corporate law. Experience across areas such as private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring would be highly advantageous.
