Requirements We are looking for a driven and target-focused Credit Controller to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to build strong negotiation and communication skills. You’ll manage your own portfolio of arrears accounts, working directly with business customers to recover outstanding balances and agree sustainable repayment solutions. You’ll be supported with structured training and clear performance expectations to help you succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts in arrears Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and written communicationNegotiate payment plans and drive successful debt recovery outcomesWork towards and exceed monthly collection targetsAssess customer situations and apply effective collection strategiesAccurately record all customer interactions and agreementsEscalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriateEnsure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policiesContribute to a high-performance, target-driven team cultureAbout You Experience within the fintech or wider financial services sector, particularly in a lending, brokerage, or SME finance environment in a similar roleTarget-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve resultsConfident communicator, comfortable handling challenging conversationsResilient, motivated, and able to perform under pressureStrong organisational skills and attention to detailPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and improveWhat We’re Looking For We’re looking for ambitious, energetic individuals who enjoy working towards targets and being part of a high-performance team.
