As an experienced Occupational Therapist working in Social Care Settings, you will earn £26.79 hourly and work full-time hours from Monday to Friday. * Perform moving and handling risk assessments, implementing single-handed care approaches as necessary.
* Conduct posture assessments and recommend appropriate seating options to enhance comfort and functionality for clients.
* Handle complex Disabled Facilities Grant work, contributing to housing recommendations and implementing solutions.
* Assess eligibility for Blue Badges and manage the prescription and provision of necessary equipment and home adaptations.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining a case manager role to effectively manage tasks and caseloads.
* Utilize Liquid Logic care records system and ELMS equipment portal to track client progress and resources. We are seeking candidates who have their own transport for visiting different community settings. Familiarity with Liquid Logic and ELMS systems is desirable to facilitate seamless service delivery.
