Personal Injury Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Chichester | Office-Based
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive individualto join a well-established Personal Injury team, providing essential support to Fee Earners in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You’ll assist with a range of administrative and secretarial duties, including:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents (audio & copy typing)
- Liaising with experts, counsel, witnesses, and courts
- Managing diaries, appointments, and client enquiries
- Handling calls, document checking, and general office tasks
- Supporting file management and ensuring GDPR compliance
About You
- Prior legal/secretarial experience (PI preferred, not essential)
- Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
- Experience with case management systems is a plus (training provided)
