Hi there, I’m looking for a friendly, reliable person to help me prepare and cook simple, nutritious meals for the week. I’d like a light meal plan with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on balanced portions and fresh ingredients. I live in the UK and prefer someone who can adapt recipes to dietary needs (gluten-free and low-sodium). Tasks would include menu planning, grocery list creation, light meal prep, and cooking.
