Position:
Earnings : base of £12.71 + service charge
Location : London, EC2M 3YD
Contract type : minimum 30 hours per week, shifts falling between 9 am and 11 pm.
As a Commis Waiter/Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant you are assigned to. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to gain experience and develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.
Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and not require set days off.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the waitstaff during service.
- Bringing food and drinks from the pass and the bar to the guest’s tables.
- Setting tables pre-opening, post-closing and at the end of each guest’s meal.
- Clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing general assistance to customers.

- At least one of year of experience working as a runner in a fast-paced restaurant environment or as a FOH team member.
- Ability to be flexible and work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to support multiple teams.
- Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
