This includes engaging with internal and external partners, supporting innovation, and ensuring that services evolve in line with Trust objectives and national standards. Professional leadership is central to the role. The consultant will help foster a supportive, high performing environment, promoting staff wellbeing, productivity, and professional growth. This includes contributing to appraisal processes, modelling effective teamworking, and ensuring that infection prevention, patient safety, and evidence based practice remain at the forefront of clinical activity.
