Housing Disrepair Solicitor An excellent opportunity with a well-established firm I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong North West presence, who are looking to strengthen their Liverpool team with the addition of an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and supportive practice, particularly suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, claimant-focused environment. The role: You'll be responsible for managing a busy caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting for tenants and ensuring their rights are upheld while necessary repairs are pursued. Day-to-day, this will include:

• Running a varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files
• Drafting clear and accurate legal documents and correspondence
• Supporting clients with empathy, often in sensitive situations
• Working closely with colleagues to progress matters efficiently

About you:

• A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in housing disrepair
• Confident managing litigated cases through to conclusion
• Well organised, proactive and comfortable working independently within a team setting
• Committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
