Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the frontline desk, serving as a primary point of coordination for pupils, parents, and staff throughout the day.

• Answer the phone networks, route inquiries efficiently, and handle emergency communications when required.

• Keep the reception area pristine, secure, and fully compliant with the school's strict visitor safeguarding guidelines.

• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory for central office stationery and administrative supplies.

• Sort, distribute, and track incoming deliveries and parcels across school departments.

Requirements:

• Solid practical experience in an administrative role, reception desk, or corporate front-of-house environment.

• Clear, concise communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a warm and welcoming composure.
