Salary: £28-32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000)

Holiday: 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Our client, a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Poole, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Offering a basic salary of around £28-32,000 with an achievable OTE of £40,000, this role would suit an individual looking to progress their career within the property sector while being rewarded for their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and accompany applicants.
• Match suitable properties to applicants’ requirements.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and maximise letting instructions.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and compliantly.
• Keep up to date with relevant lettings legislation and market trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Requirements

• Previous experience within lettings environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and confident manner.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
