Retail Support Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Retail Support Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on a hybrid basis. The role is primarily based at our High Wycombe office, with regular weekly travel required to our Wellingborough office (Equity House).

In this role, you'll support the Retail Support Manager and wider Retail Support team by providing efficient administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing general administration support to the Retail Support and wider Sales teams.
• Providing support to our Retail Base via Deskpro.
• Providing range updates to Key Account Managers.
• Setting up customer order forms for online pre-sells.
• Maintain, update and track sales data and other critical store information.

You will need

• To have excellent communication and written skills, with strong attention to detail.
• To have excellent computer skills.
• To show an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn new things.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to involve others in achieving the team’s objectives.
• Strong organisational skills - prioritises own workload to achieve deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• To be able to make decisions and solve problems using own initiative.
• To be flexible in work approach and in changing workloads and processes.
• Experience with Deskpro, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
