Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Demonstrate patience, empathy and a calm, consistent approach.
Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Understand the importance of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
Are flexible, reliable and willing to learn.
Are committed to helping every learner achieve their potential. Relevant experience may include SEN education, autism support, learning disability support, residential care, youth work or other care and support roles.
