A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly small animal team in West London. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of their client base while enjoying the support of an experienced senior vet and nursing team.
The Role
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Weekends: 1:4 Saturdays and 1:8 Sundays on a shared rota
OOH: None – out-of-hours care handled by the hospital team
Salary: £45,000–£65,000 (FTE, DOE)
This is a varied GP position with the opportunity to develop interests in both medical and surgical cases. The clinic is well-equipped with dental X-ray, orthopaedic kit, and all the tools needed to support a vet with a surgical or dentistry bias.
About You
The ideal candidate will be confident in routine surgery and consultations, comfortable managing their own caseload, and keen to deliver a high standard of client communication and continuity of care. This role would suit an experienced small animal vet who enjoys independence in practice but values having senior and hospital-level support when needed.
