Role: HLTA / Immediate Start/ Fixed contract until the end of year

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Year 6 team. Due to a long-term sickness, one of our current HLTAs will step up into the teacher role, creating an urgent need for another HLTA to support our Year 6 students until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide whole class cover during interventions.
• Assist in preparing and supporting the Year 6 end-of-year production.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
• Support individual and small groups of students to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in supporting primary school-aged children, ideally within Year 6.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
