- Lead and develop the Individual Giving team, managing three direct reports and driving high performance against ambitious fundraising targets.
- Shape and deliver the Individual Giving strategy, aligning fundraising activity with wider organisational objectives.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio including cash appeals, donor acquisition, paid social, telemarketing, raffles, lotteries, in-memory giving and legacy fundraising.
- Embed a test-and-learn culture, continuously optimising campaigns to improve supporter acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Use data, insight and ROI analysis to inform decision-making, forecasting, budgeting and campaign performance.
- Manage and enhance multi-channel supporter journeys, ensuring an excellent donor experience across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, finance and supporter care teams to deliver integrated fundraising campaigns.
- Identify new income opportunities, monitor sector trends and ensure all fundraising activity remains compliant with relevant regulations and best practice.
