NHS Lothian are looking for a diligent, knowledgeable agency healthcare assistant with recent NHS experience in outpatients and dermatology, to come and join their team of health care professionals and specialists.
Working alongside a friendly, welcoming team of dedicated professionals, you will be utilising these resources to provide emergency treatment and ongoing medical care of the highest calibre to patients.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Supporting clinicians in dermatology outpatient and minor operations clinics.
- Assisting with patient preparation before procedures and consultations.
- Performing phlebotomy duties as required.
- Supporting minor surgical procedures and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensuring high standards of infection prevention and control are followed.
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support effective service delivery.
- 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- You will need to pass an enhanced background check. - PVG
