A highly regarded legal practice in Lancashire is seeking an ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.



The Opportunity


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a specialist Private Client team with a proven track record of nurturing talent and developing careers.


The Private Client Solicitor will work closely with senior leadership and benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality work generated by an established client base.



Key Responsibilities

• Drafting tax-efficient wills
• Advising on inheritance tax planning and asset protection
• Implementing lifetime trusts, including care fee planning strategies
• Managing the administration of estates, including taxable estates
• Handling trust administration matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing applications to the Court of Protection
