What we’re looking for

You’ll Ideally Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience Teaching Within a Primary School

High expectations for all pupils

Strong classroom management skills

A good understanding of planning, assessment and the primary curriculum

A thorough understanding of safeguarding

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community

A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The role

Depending On The Placement, You May

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum

Create a positive and safe learning environment

Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils

Assess learning and provide appropriate feedback

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff

Follow individual school policies, procedures and expectations

Follow school and Ripple Education safeguarding procedures at all times
