As a Complaints Handler you will be central point of contact and investigating any complaints coming into the business you will log each case be corresponding with the customer throughout and handle effectively to avoid escalation.
You will be corresponding with customers over letter, phone and email supporting with tracking data and providing analysis of complaints looking at ways to improve service and procedures.
