The firm is looking to recruit a qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its established team.


You will have the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload of corporate and commercial matters, advising a broad range of clients and playing an important role in the continued success of the team.


You'll be joining a friendly, approachable and collaborative environment where colleagues support one another, knowledge is shared and quality always comes first.


What we're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law.
• Experience advising on corporate transactions and/or a range of commercial agreements.
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to be part of a supportive team.
