Graduates are encouraged to apply, although a degree is not essential. What Does the Role Involve? As an Unqualified Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the regular teacherDeliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students complete the work providedMaintain a positive, productive, and well-managed learning environmentSupport students to remain engaged and focused throughout lessonsFollow school behaviour policies and established classroom routinesBuild strong relationships with students and staff across the school You won't be expected to teach new content. The role focuses on classroom management, confidence, organisation, and ensuring students remain on task.
