Job description

The Programme Manager will lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the Youth Engagement Service YES, ensuring it is outcome-focused, evidence informed, and aligned with Public Health Agency priorities. The post holder will oversee a holistic, early intervention service for young people aged 11 to 25, improving emotional wellbeing, resilience, and access to support through a safe, inclusive and trauma informed environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree (or equivalent) in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience working with young people experiencing social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
• Or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, including significant management or leadership responsibility within youth or community services.
