You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction with us.We operate a hybrid working model with designated office days. You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, supporting customers, resolving enquiries and working closely with colleagues across the business. Your communication skills, problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset will help make a real difference to our customers' experience.At SO Resi, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
