Salary: DA5 - £28,914 - £30,240 per annum

We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Student Services team for the post of Student Services Administrator on a fixed term basis. You will play a pivotal role in the organising of student support referrals and coordinate Additional Assessment Arrangements for students with additional support needs across all of the academic areas on the Arbroath Campus. You will also offer administrative support for staff within the team to ensure that the Student Services Team has responsive services to assist students through their time at College.

You will preferably be educated to HNC level or equivalent and will be well organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to multi-task. In this role you will be dealing with both internal and external customers, often as the first point of contact therefore excellent Customer Care is paramount. You will be an effective communicator with knowledge and experience of a busy office environment.
