The Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly professional and confidential Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Company Owner & Managing Director on a freelance basis.
This is a trusted role for someone who enjoys working independently, is exceptionally organised and understands the importance of discretion when handling confidential information. The position can be primarily home-based, with occasional attendance at our office in Honley, Holmfirth when required.
There will be a need to be flexible with hours, based on the owner’s requirements, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per month. Additional hours will be available depending on workload, so flexibility is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous PA/EA experience
- Superb tact, diplomacy and ability to work with confidential material
- IT savvy; experienced in MS Excel, Word & Teams plus audio typing.
- Excellent attention to detail & proactive in approach to duties
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Integrity and trustworthy to work with a high degree of autonomy, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Full UK driving licence
