- Maintain and monitor high clinical standards across the service
- Support the Home Manager with policies, procedures, and service objectives
- Oversee resident wellbeing and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing and care teams
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a senior clinical role within a care home environment
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and care planning
- Confident leading teams and driving high standards of care
