- Accurately input purchase orders onto internal systems.
- Maintain and update database records, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
- Process large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
- Identify and correct discrepancies within system records.
- Support the wider team with administrative and data-related tasks.
- Ensure all information is recorded in line with company procedures.
- Generate reports and extract data when required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain missing or unclear information.
