Financial Services Recruitment Consultant - Pensions & Investment Sector - Leeds
We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our financial services recruitment agency in Leeds, with a specialized focus on pensions & investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and place top pensions & investment talent across pension, banking sectors and investment houses.
- Execute full 360-degree recruitment cycle
- Develop strategic relationships with financial services clients
- Build targeted candidate networks in pensions & investment
- Consistently achieve billing and placement targets
- Develop and nurture new and existing business relationships
Requirements:
- Proven track record in financial services recruitment
- Deep understanding of the pensions & investment job market
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Experience with pension firms & private bank recruitment
- Successful 360 billing background
- Excellent communication skills
