- Address technical issues in coordination with IT or external system providers.Administer and maintain the organisation's HR Information System (HRIS) (experience with Every is desirable but not essential).
- Manage system user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
- Provide first-line support to users, investigating and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant policies and legislation.
- Support data cleansing initiatives to improve data quality and system reliability across the Trust.
- Assist the HR Systems Lead with operational activities, system enhancements, and project delivery.
- Produce and validate HR data reports as required.
- Support system testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
