Temp Receptionist - Holiday Cover - Leading International Business

We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover within the London office of a prestigious international business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.

Dates: Wednesday 29th July - Monday 10th August (must be available for the entire assignment)

The role is fully office-based Monday to Thursdays only..

Key Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Registering visitors and managing reception
• Answering general email enquiries
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Keeping meeting rooms, kitchens and communal areas well presented
• Stocking fridges and refreshments
• Providing general front-of-house and administrative support as required

The ideal receptionist will be personable, bright and highly organised. Previous reception experience is ideal but not essential - we are looking for someone with the right attitude and willing to hit the ground running from day one. You'll be confident working independently, have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the business professionally from day one.
