Project Manager

Location: South Yorkshire / (Hybrid) Contract: 18–Month Fixed Term Salary: Competitive + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation, supporting the delivery of a major international localisation programme.

Working alongside a senior programme leader, you'll play a key role in coordinating cross–functional teams, implementing project controls, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of a strategically significant manufacturing project as well as cradle to grave responsibility and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions in a fast–paced, challenging environment where no two days are the same.

• Support the delivery of a large–scale manufacturing programme.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and monitor programme progress.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance and sales teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
• Produce regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues and key milestones.
• Support risk management, governance and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager with experience delivering cross–functional engineering or manufacturing projects.

You'll ideally have:

• A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
• Experience in Project Management, Project Engineering or Project Coordination within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing project reports and managing project risks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Experience using Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
