Technical Consultant Fintech FRENCH SPEAKER
Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join the professional services team of a well-known Fintech50 client who produces software disrupting for the payments and Compliance Market. They are a global firm recognised as a worldwide leader.
The Implementation Consultant will be involved in:
- Project Management
- Technical Implementation
- Investigating and resolving queries where possible this could be data analysis, application issues or database related
- Perform in-depth technical research of software products relating to technical support issues, including reproduction of support issues and escalation of unresolved issues or defects to the Manager of Support and Product Owners.
- Some Pre Sales
- Some Documentation
- General Professional Services
This role allows rapid promotion to senior management roles as well as professional services. As a fintech company I am looking for Consultants who like finance and technology.
This is a great opportunity to work in a challenging, high profile role within a successful small company with blue-chip financial services clients. You will be working on interesting projects with highly experienced professionals.
Technical Consultants / Implementation Consultants should have:
- BUSINESS FRENCH SPEAKER
- Background in Technical Consultancy or Application Support
- Experience on Web Applications and RDBMS
- Degree with a technology or Science focus
- Some experience of Web Servers
- SQL
- Ideally some financial services or payments experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- ITIL again ideally
The Implementation Consultant role has come around due to an expansion and strategic change, the Technical Consultant will report in to the head of support and client management. This role offers the ability to move towards product management as well as platform ownership or business analysis within a short space of time.
This role suits a support analyst / technical consultant or application support engineer with some experience looking to take responsibility within product management and fintech. The firm has a corporate feel but relies on entrepreneurship within its staff. It rewards on a pure merit basis with rapid progression actively encouraged.
