This isn’t just about maintaining standards; it’s about elevating them. With major refurbishments currently underway, you will play a pivotal role in launching a world-class environment and driving a culture of service excellence across the Hospitality Floor.
The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will be the engine room for my client’s hospitality operation.
You will focus on:
- Lifting Standards: Moving the service from “great” to “exceptional,” ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand.
- The Big Launch: Taking the lead on the operational opening of the newly refurbished hospitality floor.
- Leadership: Directly overseeing and mentoring the team. You will be a constant, visible presence on the hospitality floor, restaurant and café spaces, coaching the team and engaging with their high-profile clientele.
- Business Growth: Identifying opportunities to strengthen the offering and grow the footprint of the catering and hospitality services on-site.

- Resilient & Adaptable: With various refurbishment phases, you are comfortable navigating change and planning for high-stakes openings.
