Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB.

- Monday to Friday- 35 hours per week shifts between 8am and 4pm
- Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend support for events
- 39 working weeks

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
- Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service
- Make food to recipe
- Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation
- Assist the Head Chef with stock management
- Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings
Key Requirements:
- Previous catering/ kitchen experience required
- Excellent team player
- Excellent communication abilities
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
