Brand Manager -Apparel

An excellent opportunity with a very successful  SME Clothing Brand based in Central Scotland.
A position that will suit a person with a good knowledge of garment construction and with a background that has  incorporated product development and Brand marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Product Managers and the sales team .
• Overseeing the development of product that reflects market requirements
• Development of the brand to reach its full potential .
• Analysis of market trends in fabrication , styling   and colour ways
• Regular analysis of market competition
• Market reviews on like for like product qualities, range offer, packaging, and pricing.
• Visits to garment suppliers
• Trade Show visits within the UK and overseas + travel to distribution partners .

The Requirements :

A good knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing with previous experience with ladies, men’s or children’s apparel .
A broad background within the apparel industry which includes marketing.
You may presently be a Brand Manager , Marketing Manager or Product Developer, Product Development Manager .
A full driving licence  is required .
The position is based in Central Scotland and within easy driving distance from Edinburgh and Glasgow and will require some travel for business meetings.
