MRB Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer
Do you thrive on solving engineering challenges and driving quality in high-stakes environments? We’re seeking an MRB (Material Review Board) Engineer to join a pioneering aerospace manufacturer and play a critical part in delivering excellence across design and manufacturing operations.
The Role:
As MRB Engineer, you’ll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing, reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety, compliance, and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items
- Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements
- Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Support documentation for certification bodies, including EASA, CAA, and FAA
- Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Previous engineering experience in aviation, aerospace, or related sectors
- Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards
- Proficient in root cause analysis, CAD, and engineering data management systems
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and skilled communicator
