A fantastic opportunity is available for caring, patient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school community within Flying High Trust via Connex Education.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs , including those who require support with personal care, communication, independence and everyday routines .
About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide vital support both inside and outside the classroom, helping pupils to feel safe, valued, respected and confident . The role may include supporting pupils with: Personal care and hygiene
Toileting, changing and other personal-care routines
Dressing and maintaining personal dignity
️ Mealtimes and supporting individual dietary needs
Emotional regulation and wellbeing
Communication and interaction
Mobility and physical support where required
Developing independence and life skills
Accessing learning and classroom activities
