Pay Rate: £92.59 – £110.24 per day

Support early learning and development in a nurturing nursery setting with Monarch Education. We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery school in Oldham (OL9) on a full-time basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about helping young children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning during their earliest educational experiences.

The Role

As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Practitioner, you will work closely with the nursery team to provide engaging learning experiences that support children’s educational, social and emotional development. You will help create a safe, stimulating and caring environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality Early Years learning activities.
• Work with children individually and in small groups to promote learning and development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Assist with observations, assessments and learning journals.
• Help create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare procedures are always followed.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool or EYFS setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and positive approach to supporting young children.
