As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a key role in developing pupils' confidence, independence, and depth of understanding across the curriculum. You will be expected to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and help pupils build strong foundations as they progress through Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform teaching
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (placements considered for ECTs)
Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
A committed, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
