Role Summary
Responsibilities: You will be involved in a wide range of digital design projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from the initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.
Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 per annum outside of London (£28,860 to £33,000 per annum in London), depending on your previous experience.
Benefits: Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year, hybrid and flexible working options, generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, full funding for external training, and more.
Role Type: Full-time, permanent.
Start Date: This role will ideally commence in August or September 2026, and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form. About the Role
As a Digital Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering diverse and intricate digital projects for both our clients in the healthcare sector and the company. These will include the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications, the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, as well as the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed. Key Responsibilities
We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created is never lost. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home 1 day per week. About Costello Medical
Costello Medical is a rapidly growing global healthcare agency specialising in medical communications, market access, and health economic and outcomes research. We work with a wide range of clients, including the industry’s most successful pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, patient and public health bodies, and charitable organisations.
