We're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a welcoming specialist secondary school in Gateshead from September. You'll work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills they need both inside and outside the classroom. No two days will be the same. From supporting lessons and managing sensory needs to encouraging communication and independence, you'll become an important part of each pupil's school experience.
