At Devin & co., we're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in Aberdeen. In this exciting role, you will be pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving engagement through innovative ad campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our overall business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital advertising to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Ads , demonstrating a working knowledge of campaign setup and optimization strategies.
- Experience with Facebook Ads , including targeting and analytics to drive effective advertising solutions.
- Experience with TikTok Ads , utilizing trends to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- A passion for social media and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality content and campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Instagram or LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to assist in content creation.
