£26.13k - £29.81k per annumWe are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an organised Receptionist to join the heart of an Outstanding Primary School in Richmond starting ASAP. You will play a vital role in our small, dedicated office team.
About the Role This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only) .
Greet and sign in all visitors, contractors, and parents.
Handle incoming calls and take accurate messages for staff.
Manage the school’s daily post and deliveries.
Coordinate school trips and extracurricular club bookings.

Requirements
Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask during the morning rush.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits £26,129 – £29,808 per annum. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance and a supportive staff social committee.
