Job Description
The main responsibility of an environmental advisor is ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and targets by addressing issues such as air quality, land and water contamination, waste management and environmental impact.
About The Role
Duties include:
- Ensure environmental legislation compliance
- Interpret and report data, writing detailed reports to strict deadlines
- Liaise and support business operations
- Maintain KPI target objectives and report delivery
- Maintain and coordinate sample monitoring and testing
- Incident investigations
- Conduct production site and systems audits
- Engage internally and externally with environmental regulator
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Assist delivery of biodiversity action plans
- Maintain Health & Safety standards on site.

Essential
Undergraduate environmental based degree or equivalent
Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Desirable
Experience within the Construction Sector
Postgraduate Environmental Degree / Certification
