A bright and spacious ceramic studio space is available in Leyton Industrial Village on Argall Avenue (E10). The studio is shared by four independent ceramicists, each with their own dedicated workspace, creating a friendly and professional working environment.

I'm looking for someone to either share my studio area with me or take over the entire space. The setup is flexible and comes with 24/7 access, making it ideal for both part-time and full-time ceramicists.

Ideally, you’ll have experience glazing and firing your own work, but if needed, I can provide some training

while you get to know the studio.

There is also the opportunity to teach classes or run workshops from the studio if you wish.

Your workspace includes:

• 2 Shimpo pottery wheels
• Large workbench
• 4 tall shelving bays with generous storage for work in progress, tools and materials
• Additional storage space

The studio is primarily a ceramic studio, but you don't necessarily need to be a potter to take the space. If you're a different kind of artist or maker, you're very welcome to use it as a creative workspace. There is a large worktable, plenty of shelving and generous storage, so the space could suit a range of creative practices.

• Kiln 240 litre
• Glaze area
• Extruder
• Mezzanine storage for packaging materials and additional supplies

Rent:

• Half space:£300/month + glaze firing costs
• Full space:£670/month + glaze firing costs (or £450/month with the current member set-up)
