Faststream is recruiting for an Assistant Chief Housekeeper Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Assistant Chief Housekeeper on behalf of a prestigious luxury ocean cruise operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected fleet, supporting the 1st and Chief Housekeeper in delivering exceptional housekeeping standards and leading a multicultural team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Support the 1st and Chief Housekeeper in the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.; Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.; Assist with inspections, training, scheduling, and inventory control.; Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Chief Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role onboard cruise ships.; Strong leadership and organisational skills.; Experience managing multicultural teams.; Ability to provide shipboard appraisals from very last 2 contracts. ; Fluent English, both written and spoken.; What's on Offer 4 months on board 2 months off rotation; Salary of $3499 per month worked on board plus benefits package.; Excellent career progression with a leading luxury cruise operator.; The opportunity to work aboard a modern fleet while travelling the world.; To be considered for this opportunity, please apply!
