Tailoring MTM Coordinator - Luxury Menswear Brand

People Marketing's client, a luxury menswear brand based in Nottingham, seeks a Made to Measure Coordinator with a solid background in men's tailoring product development for premium collections.

With a passion for fit, construction and craftsmanship, the Made to Measure Coordinator will develop MTM orders, select and manage suppliers, and oversee the full development and fitting process.   

MTM Coordinator - Key Responsibilities

• Process MTM orders, select and brief the manufacturer, and raise PO.
• Work closely with the manufacturer to oversee the order and deliver garments of the highest quality on time.
• Inspect and fit all garments to the given standards to ensure flawless construction and finishing.
• Organise and action any alterations and communicate any technical feedback.
• Manage MTM critical path/timelines.
• Manage, update and maintain block libraries.
• Support and develop relationships with manufacturers, overseeing audits and understanding factory capabilities.
• Manage and set grade rules and tolerances for MTM orders.

MTM Coordinator - The Person:

• A solid background in Men’s MTM tailoring, with a focus on fittings and garment construction.
• Ensure quality, fit and workmanship of each garment is to the highest standards.
• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to premium detail
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Confident liaising with internal PD teams, manufacturers and retail.
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable with a positive, team-focused attitude.
