An exciting opportunity has opened up for a KS1 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in the centre of Waltham Forest from September 2026. This full-time position will run for the academic year, with the potential for the successful candidate to secure a permanent position at the end of the contract.

The Opportunity
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
* Take responsibility for delivering engaging and purposeful lessons across KS1
* Create a classroom environment where children feel confident, valued and motivated
* Plan learning that challenges and supports pupils of different abilities
* Track pupil progress and use assessment to inform future teaching
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Work closely with the wider teaching team to share ideas and best practice
* Contribute positively to the wider school community

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within KS1 is desirable
* A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for pupils
* Someone keen to develop professionally and take advantage of career progression opportunities
* ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
